The Twelfth Season comes to a glorious
climax as the New World Chorale joins forces with the CHSO in two magnificent
paeans – Vivaldi’s beautiful “Gloria” and English composer William Walton’s
colorful and spectacular “Belshazzar’s Feast” an orchestral/chorale tone poem
depicting the Israelites flight from ancient Babylon. An absolute, not to be
missed evening of monumental sound.

perform Jacques Ibert Flute Concerto.
